10-12 shrimp, raw & deveined
1 tsp seafood seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil, plus 1 tsp to season shrimp
1/2 bell pepper, cut into strips
1/2 onion, sliced
1 cup sliced zucchini, cut approximately 1/2 in thick
1 cup yellow squash, cut 1/2 inch thick also
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
3 tbsp butter
Parsley, to garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
