Zucchini, squash, sausage & shrimp recipe:

Season shrimp with a little olive oil and seafood seasoning.
Start off by browning your sausages over medium high heat. Put aside. In same skillet add shrimp and cook approximately 2-3 minutes until shrimp make a nice c shape. Put aside.

In a sauce pan add butter and cook garlic until fragrant, approximately 1 minute before adding in the broth and allowing it to simmer.

Add in onions and peppers to the skillet you cooked the shrimp and sausage in and cook approximately 3-4 minutes before adding in zucchini and squash. Cook 2-3 minutes before adding in the broth mixture. Add proteins back to pan and allow to simmer a minute or so. Garnish with parsley and enjoy! Adjust with salt and pepper if desired.
