Here is a quick and easy recipe for a soft and moist cake, made with hot milk:
Ingredients :
120ml milk
60g unsalted butter
170g flour
100g sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 eggs
1 pinch salt
1 lemon (zest)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 160°C.
In a saucepan, heat the milk and butter over low heat until the butter has melted.
In a salad bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixture whitens and doubles in volume.
