Ultra Soft and Melting Hot Milk Cake

Add the flour, baking powder, salt and lemon zest. Mix well.
Gradually pour the hot milk mixture into the bowl while continuing to mix until the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter into a buttered and floured cake pan.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool before removing it from the pan and enjoying.
Tips:

For an even moister cake, you can add a tablespoon of crème fraîche to the batter. You
can flavor your cake with vanilla, cinnamon or other spices according to your taste.
For a gourmet icing, you can cover the cake with melted chocolate or whipped cream.
