Make the dough:
In a large bowl, mix 750g of wheat flour and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Gradually add 600ml of water to the flour mixture, mixing well until a dough forms.
Knead the dough well with your hands, adding flour as needed to prevent sticking.
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough:
After resting, sprinkle a little flour on the work surface.
Divide the dough into 2 parts, then divide each part into 16 to 18 smaller portions.
Prepare the dough portions:
Slightly enlarge each portion of dough with your hands and dip them in the melted butter. Arrange the buttered dough portions on a baking sheet, cover with cling film and set aside for 1 hour.
Prepare the filling:
Heat a little vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the finely chopped green onions and sauté until tender.
In a bowl, mix the fried green onions with the chopped hard-boiled eggs.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste and mix well
