Assemble the pastries:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (398°F).
Roll out each portion of dough with your hands to form a flat disk.
Add a little of the prepared filling to the center of each disk.
Fold the dough over the filling, sealing the edges as shown in the video (if applicable).

Bake:
Arrange filled pastries on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.

Serving:
Remove the pastries from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
