1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs, lightly beaten

1/2 cup whole milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Topping:

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
