Ingredients
1 cup oatmeal
2 eggs
1 glass (about 240 ml) of milk
Fresh parsley, chopped
100 grams cheese, grated (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
Salt, to taste
Dry Provençal herbs, to taste
Chili flakes, to taste
Oil for frying
Sesame seeds, for sprinkling

Preparing the Pancake Batter:
Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of oatmeal with a pinch of salt, dry Provençal herbs, and chili flakes to taste. Mix well.
