For the above mixture;

1 egg yolk
sesame optional
Preparation of the dough
For the dough, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water in a bowl.
Then add the other ingredients and obtain a dough in the shape of an earlobe.
Let it ferment in a warm place for half an hour.
Mix all the ingredients for the poppy seed mixture thoroughly in a bowl.
Then divide the dough into four equal parts and roll out one of them using a rolling pin.
