Poppy seed brioche

Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread with poppy seeds.
Roll out the other sheets of dough, spread with poppy seeds and place them on top of each other.
There will be no poppy seeds on top.
Then place a glass of water in the middle, as shown in the picture.
First divide the dough into 4 equal parts, then divide each part into 4 and fold it 3 times.
Brush it with egg yolk and bake it in the oven at 200 degrees until it becomes golden brown.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds if you like, I just sprinkle them in the middle, it’s always elegant for presentation. Serve after cooling. Enjoy.
