Cake base :
1 can of sliced pineapple (or 1 fresh pineapple)
150 g sugar
150 g flour
3 eggs
100 g melted butter
1 sachet of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For additional flavors (optional) :
50 g grated coconut
1 tablespoon of rum

Drain the pineapple slices, reserving about 100 ml of the juice (to flavor the dough).
