– 70 ml sunflower oil
– 3 eggs
– 70 g sugar
– Orange zest (to taste)

– 12 g baking powder
– 100 ml milk

For the cream:
– 125 ml milk
– 2 tablespoons sugar
– Vanillin (or vanilla extract)
– 2 tablespoons cornstarch
– 200 ml orange juice
– 1 tablespoon butter (for finishing)
