NO-BAKE YOGURT AND LEMON CHARLOTTE

4. Heat the water slightly in a saucepan, remove from the heat and add the softened gelatine leaves. Stir until completely dissolved.
5. Gently fold the dissolved gelatine into the yogurt mixture.
6. Then add the whipped cream to the yogurt mixture and gently mix until smooth.
7. Line a charlotte mold with cling film.
8. Quickly dip the sponge fingers in the lemon juice diluted in a little water.
9. Arrange a layer of soaked biscuits at the bottom of the charlotte mold, then pour a layer of yogurt cream.
