No-Bake Creamy Peach Dessert
Peel and dice the 500g peaches.
Blend the peaches and condensed milk:
In a blender, combine the diced peaches and condensed milk. Blend until smooth.
Make the peach cream:
Cook the peach cream mixture:
In a saucepan, combine the peach juice, milk and cornstarch.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Blend with cream cheese:
Add the cream cheese to the cooled mixture and blend until smooth.
Fold in the peach and condensed milk mixture.
Assemble the dessert:
Pour and set:
Pour the peach cream mixture into a serving dish or individual cups.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
