No Bake Cheesecake Bars Recipe

For accessories:

1/2 cup graham cracker crumble (optional)

1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional)

Instructions:
Prepare the crust:

Combine graham cracker crumble, melted butter and granulated sugar in a medium bowl. Mix until cookies are well coated with butter.

For an even crust, press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Use the handle of a spoon or the bottom of a glass to help pack it down.

Place the dough in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.

Prepare the cheesecake filling:

In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Do not.

Mash the cheese with the cream in another large bowl until smooth and creamy.

Beating until well combined and smooth, add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract and lemon juice to the cream.

Once everything is well mixed, gently fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture.
