No-Bake Butterscotch Pie

Directions:
Prepare the Crust:
In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
Refrigerate the crust while preparing the filling.
Make the Filling:
In a large bowl, whisk together the butterscotch pudding mix and cold milk until the mixture thickens.
Fold in the whipped cream and optional caramel sauce until fully combined and smooth.
Assemble the Pie:
Pour the butterscotch filling into the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.
