Ingredients:
β 800 grams of anchovies π
β Β½ liter of white wine or lemon vinegar π
β Extra virgin olive oil π«
β Salt π§
β Chili pepper πΆοΈ
β Garlic π§
β Fresh chopped parsley or mint πΏ
Procedure:
1. Preparation of the anchovies:
