▪️ For the crust:

🔸 150g sugar
🔸 3 eggs (added one at a time)
🔸 2 tbsp flour
🔸 1 tsp vanilla extract
🔸 250ml heavy cream
▪️ For the crème brûlée layer:
🔸 250ml single cream
🔸 100g sugar
🔸 3 egg yolks
🔸 1 tsp vanilla extract
🔸 1 pinch salt
🔸 Extra sugar to caramelize the surface
