1. Make the Crust:
Preheat: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix the Crust: In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies, melted butter, and sugar until smooth. Make the Crust: Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form an even crust. Use the back of a glass to press down firmly.
Bake: Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
2. Make the Cheesecake:
Cream the Cheese: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the sugar and mix well.
Add the Eggs: Beat in the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition to ensure they are fully combined.
Add the Remaining Ingredients: Beat in the flour, vanilla extract, and heavy cream. Mix until smooth.

To Bake: Pour the cheesecake mixture over the pre-baked crust. Bake for about 50-60 minutes. The center should be slightly jiggly, but the edges should be set.
To Cool: Turn off the oven and leave the door ajar. Let the cheesecake cool in the oven for about 1 hour to prevent cracking. Then, let it cool completely to room temperature before placing it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
