Ingredients:
70 grams (2.5 ounces) dried apricots
50 grams (1.8 ounces) walnuts, chopped
70 grams (2.5 ounces) hazelnuts
30 grams (1 ounce) pumpkin seeds
40 grams (1.4 ounces) sunflower seeds
20 grams (0.7 ounces) sesame seeds
20 grams (0.7 ounces) flax seeds
60 grams (2 ounces) almonds
20 grams (0.7 ounces) pine nuts
40 ml (1.4 ounces) natural honey
1 egg white
1 pinch of salt
Instructions:
Prepare the dried apricots:
Place the dried apricots in a bowl and cover with cold water. Let them soak for 15 to 20 minutes to rehydrate.
Drain the water and cut the dried apricots into small pieces.
Prepare the nuts and seeds:
Chop the nuts with a knife.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped walnuts, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, almonds and pine nuts.
