I don’t eat sugar! Healthy cookies without flour or sugar! Energy recipe!

Mix the ingredients:

Add the chopped dried apricots to the nut and seed mixture.
Pour in 40 ml of natural honey and add 1 egg white.
Add a pinch of salt.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Form the Cookies:
Preheat your oven to 360°F (180°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using your hands, shape the mixture into small cookie shapes and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake:
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until cookies are golden brown and set.

Cool and Serve:
Remove cookies from oven and let cool on baking sheet for a few minutes. Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
