Hawaiian Carrot Pineapple Cake

Steps:
Preheat the oven:Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans. 🏠
Make the cake batter:In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. 🌾🧁
In a separate large bowl, beat together the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. 🥚🍬
Add the oil and vanilla extract, mixing until combined. 🫒🌿
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. 🥄
