Ham and Cheese Sandwich Bread Rolls
Ingredients:
• 8 slices of crustless sandwich bread.
• 4 slices of ham (cut in half for each roll).
• 8 slices of cheese (Emmental, Cheddar, or other cheese of choice).
• 1 egg.
• 2 tbsp. milk.
• 1 tbsp. butter.
• Salt and pepper (to taste).
Instructions:
1. Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin to make them very thin, which will make them easier to roll and will give them a crispy texture after cooking.
2. Place half a slice of ham on each flattened slice of bread. Then place a slice of cheese on top of the ham, making sure that the cheese is in the center to prevent it from escaping during cooking.
