Gourmet baked Camembert

📋 Ingredients

🔸 1 Camembert of 250 g (choose a very creamy Camembert)

🔸 2 cloves of garlic

🔸 1 to 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary (or thyme instead)

🔸 50 g of nuts (optional: walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds, according to your taste)

🔸 A little honey (about 1 to 2 tablespoons)

🔸 Olive oil (to taste)

🔸 Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

🔸 Bread (baguette, country bread, or nut bread for dipping)

🔸 Dried fruits (optional, to serve)

Equipment

🔸 A small gratin dish or an ovenproof plate

🔸 A knife

🔸 A cutting board cut

Preheat the oven: Start by preheating your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Prepare the Camembert:

Remove the Camembert from its plastic packaging. Place it in a small baking dish.

If the Camembert is in a wooden box, you can leave it in the box, but remove the lid.

Prepare the herbs:

Cut the garlic cloves into thin strips or small pieces.

If you are using fresh rosemary, separate the leaves from the stems.

Score the Camembert:

Using a knife, make cross-shaped incisions on the top of the Camembert. This will allow the flavors to penetrate and the cheese to melt more easily.
