These energy bites are naturally sweet, rich in flavor and perfect for a quick, guilt-free snack! Ingredients:
1 cup pitted Medjool dates (about 10-12 dates)
1/2 cup raw almonds
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch salt
1-2 tablespoons water (if needed, to bind dough)
Optional Additions:
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (unsweetened if preferred)
2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
