Prepare Ingredients:
In a food processor, combine dates, almonds, shredded coconut, chia seeds, cocoa powder, oats, and cinnamon. oatmeal, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt.
Blend:
Blend until finely chopped and starting to clump together. If mixture is too dry, add water a tablespoon at a time until sticky.
Shape into bites:
Take about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into small balls. Repeat until all of the mixture is used.
Chill:
Place energy bites in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Enjoy:
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Enjoy as a  snack, dessert or as a pre-workout boost.
