Ingredients:

1 cup cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
4 sticks (2 cups) unsalted butter, softened
3 cups granulated sugar
7 large eggs, at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups cake flour, sifted
Directions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Grease and flour a bundt or tube pan, or line it with parchment paper for easy release.
