Potatoes: 3 medium (about 600g)
Cheese: 70g (2.5 oz)
Cornstarch: 3 tablespoons + extra for rolling
Chili Pepper: ½ teaspoon
Salt: to taste
Olive Oil: 1 liter (34 fl. oz) for frying
Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
Yogurt: 3 tablespoons
Mayonnaise: 1 tablespoon
Soy Sauce: 2 tablespoons
Lemon Juice: from ½ lemon
Coriander Leaves: for garnish
Directions
Prepare the Potatoes: Peel and cook the potatoes in boiling water until tender. Once cooked, drain and mash the potatoes through a sieve.
Make the Dough: Add the grated cheese, cornstarch, chili pepper, and salt to the mashed potatoes. Mix well until a dough forms.
