Ingredients
Potatoes (russet or any frying variety)
Salt
Cornstarch (optional for extra crispiness)
Vegetable oil (for frying)
Ketchup,
Mustard,
Mayo, or any sauces of choice for dipping
Instructions
Prepare the Potatoes
Peel and cut potatoes into thin sticks.
Soak the sticks in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
Dry the Potatoes
Drain and pat the potatoes dry with a kitchen towel.
