Cottage cheese and chocolate pudding

Ingredients:
– 500 g of low-fat fromage blanc
– 300 ml of whipped cream or Cremefine
– 150 grams of sugar
– 1 sachet of chocolate-flavored pudding powder (for cooking)
– 500 ml of milk
– 1 tablespoon of sugar
– Raphaël (optional)
Instructions:
1. Mix the pudding powder and sugar, then add 50 ml of milk until smooth.
2. Bring 450ml of milk to the boil in a saucepan, remove from the heat, then stir in the mixed pudding powder.
3. Bring back to the boil, stirring, then simmer over a low heat for about 1 minute.
4. Leave the pudding mixture to cool.
