Cinnamon pull-apart bread is so delicious! The simple yeast bread with cinnamon filling bakes light and airy in the oven. We love the bread for brunch or as a sweet treat with coffee or tea.
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE DOUGH
200 ml cold buttermilk
325 g wheat flour (type 405)
50 g sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry yeast
1 egg (size M)
125 g soft butter
FOR THE FILLING
100 g brown sugar
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp wheat flour (type 405)
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp salt
75 g butter
ALSO
Some soft butter for the mold
Some flour for working
