Cheesy Garlic Parmesan Burger Bombs: A Savory and Cheesy Bite of Perfection

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Prepare the Burger Filling:

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions, shaping each into a small patty. Place a dollop of cream cheese in the center of each patty, then top with 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Form the patties into balls, sealing the cheese inside, and set aside.
Assemble the Burger Bombs:

Open the biscuit dough package and separate the biscuits. Roll each biscuit into a flat disc, large enough to encase the beef ball.
Place a beef ball in the center of each biscuit disc and fold the dough around it, sealing the edges tightly.
Arrange the filled biscuit balls in the prepared baking dish.
Bake the Burger Bombs:

Brush the tops of the biscuit dough with the melted butter and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the beef is cooked through (you can check by cutting one open to ensure no pink remains).
Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

While the burger bombs are baking, prepare the garlic Parmesan sauce. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, then remove from heat.
Serve:

Once the burger bombs are done, remove them from the oven and drizzle with the garlic Parmesan sauce. Garnish with additional parsley, if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
