Caramel Banana Pecan Delight ππ―π₯
Ingredients:
β 1 cup pecans, chopped
β 4 ripe bananas, sliced
β 1 cup brown sugar
β 1/4 cup butter
β 1/2 cup heavy cream
β 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
β Pinch of salt
β Whipped cream for topping (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the brown sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and bubbling. Let it cook for about 3-5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
3. While the caramel is cooking, toast the chopped pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.
