Baileys Chocolate Cake – A Boozy, Decadent Dessert Dream
Ingredients:

– 1 ½ tsp baking powder

– 1 tsp salt
– 2 cups granulated sugar
– ½ cup vegetable oil
– 2 large eggs
– 1 cup whole milk
– 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
– 2 tsp vanilla extract
For the Baileys Buttercream Frosting:
– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 4 cups powdered sugar
– ½ cup Baileys Irish Cream
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– ¼ cup cocoa powder (optional for chocolate frosting)
