Asian Spiced Beef Noodles

For the sauce:
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for heat)
Directions:
Prepare the noodles:
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and toss with sesame oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
Marinate the beef:
In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and white pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Make the sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and chili flakes. Set aside.
Cook the beef:
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
