Apple, walnut and raisin cake
Step 2: Mixing the wet ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the sunflower oil and mix until well combined.
Step 3: Incorporate the dry ingredients
In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until you obtain a smooth dough.
Step 4: Adding the fruits and nuts
Stir the chopped nuts, raisins, diced apples and lemon juice into the batter. Mix well to distribute the ingredients evenly.
Step 5: Cooking
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 6: Cooling
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Dust the cake with icing sugar for an elegant presentation.
