Apple, walnut and raisin cake

Ingredients :
Eggs : 3 large
Sugar : 1 cup (200 g)
Sunflower oil : 1/3 cup (80 ml)
Flour : 2 cups (270 g)
Baking powder : 2 teaspoons
Cinnamon powder : 1/2 teaspoon
Nuts : 1/2 cup (60 g), chopped
Raisins : 1/2 cup (60 g)
Apples : 2 medium, peeled and diced
Lemon juice : juice of 1/2 lemon
