Ingredients for the Açma’s:
about 1000 g of flour
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of salt (slightly rounded)
1 cube of yeast
200 ml of oil
2 eggs size M (reserve 1 egg yolk for brushing)
250 grams of yoghurt
250 ml lukewarm milk

soft cheese and chives
