Chicken bacon, chives or black cumin and/or sesame
Preparation:
1- Mix the milk and the sugar. Then dissolve the yeast in it and leave to rise for about 10 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients (except the separated egg yolk) and combine everything in the food processor and knead into a smooth dough.
2- Work the dough in a circle with lightly oiled hands and let it rise in the bowl in a warm place for about 60 minutes.
3- Lightly oil the work surface and place the dough on it, cut out the pieces of dough and shape them into balls. Leave for another 15 minutes.
4- Flatten the dough into an oval shape, fill it with the cheese and chive filling and roll it up lengthwise. Now close the roll at the ends and twist once or twice. Then twist them into a kind of knot or bring the ends together.
5- Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with bacon.
Finally, bake the Acma at 200° for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown
