How to make Chocolate Cheesecake!
Ingredients :
For the biscuit base

120 g Butter
250 g Biscuits with cocoa

For the chocolate cream

250 g Liquid crème fraîche
250 g Fresh cheese (or mascarpone)
100 g Chocolate dark
25 g Bitter cocoa powder
Nutella (for the cover)
80 g Sugar ice cream

Preparation :

Prepare the cookie base:

Grind the biscuits into powder using a blender and put them in a bowl.

Melt the butter and add it to the biscuits.

Mix well and pour the mixture into a cake pan lined with parchment paper.

Pack the base with a spoon, even lifting one edge to contain the cream.

Put the dark chocolate cheesecake base in the refrigerator.
