Chocolate cheesecake – no-bake

Prepare the dark chocolate cream:

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and leave to cool.

Meanwhile, whip the cream with the icing sugar.

In a separate bowl, soften the cream cheese using a spatula, add the melted dark chocolate and mix well.

Incorporate the whipped cream into the cheese and chocolate mixture, little by little and with movements from bottom to top.

Assemble the Cheesecake:

Take the dark chocolate cheesecake base from the refrigerator and pour the cream over the biscuits.

Level the surface well and let the cake rest in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.

Add the cover:

After the resting time, you can pour a veil of softened Nutella onto the surface of the Cheesecake before eating it.
