Ingredients:
600 g Zucchini
200 g Cooked Ham (thinly sliced)
200 g Provola Cheese (slices)
Breadcrumbs (as needed)
Parsley (a small amount, chopped)
Grated Parmesan (as needed)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (as needed)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Step 1:
Wash the zucchini, trim the ends, and slice them thinly using a mandolin slicer.
Step 2:
Prepare the coating. In a bowl, mix extra virgin olive oil with a pinch of salt and pepper. On a separate plate, combine breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan. Dip each zucchini slice into the olive oil mixture, then coat it with the breadcrumb mix, pressing gently to ensure it sticks well.
