Zesty Orange Cranberry Ricotta Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat together the ricotta cheese, sugar, and butter until creamy and smooth.
Add the egg, orange zest, and orange juice, and mix well until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in the dried cranberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
