Yogurt log and fresh fruit
Preparation:
1. Preparing for the Genoa:
Beat eggs and sugar until you get a foamy mixture. Gently add in flour Spread the dough and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
2. Preparation of the filling:
Mix Greek yogurt with honey. Insert the grated coconut.
3. Editing:
Top the genoise with yogurt cream and pineapple cubes. Roll and wrap in food film. Let it rest cool for 2 hours.
4. Decoration:
Cover the log with the rest of the cream and garnish with fresh fruit and a bit of coconut.
Total time: 40 minutes + 2 hours of rest | Servings: 6 to 8 people
