White Chocolate Rocky Road Fudge:

Ingredients
2 cups white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup mixed dried fruits (such as dried apricots, cherries, pineapple, and papaya)
1 cup mixed nuts (such as almonds, pistachios, and cashews)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Prepare the Pan
Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang to lift the fudge out easily.

Melt the Chocolate
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat.
