So my dears, first knead the margarine or butter, the sugar, the eggs, the baking powder and the flour into a batter.
Next, cut the apples into large pieces (depending on the size of the apples, e.g. eighth pieces) and fold them into the batter.
Then put the whole thing into a greased springform pan and smooth it out a bit (although that’s easier said than done).
Now bake in a well-preheated oven at 180°C on the bottom rack for about 1 hour.
Then after 45 minutes, spread with plenty of butter and sprinkle with plenty of sugar or cinnamon-sugar mixture.
(If the cake starts to brown earlier, simply cover it with baking paper for the rest of the baking time.)
Super tasty, super moist and goes great with whipped cream.
Enjoy your meal
