1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Silky Chocolate Fudge Topping:
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
For the Finishing Touches:
1/2 cup Oreo crumbles
1/2 cup chocolate shavings
