First, put the beef stew meat in a plastic bag that can be sealed. Add flour and seasoning salt to the bag and shake it well until the meat is coated evenly. Warm the olive oil in a frying pan. Put the meat coated in flour in the pan and cook until brown on all sides. Take out the food with a spoon or tongs and put it at the bottom of a slow cooker. Add pepper. Step 2. Cook the chopped onion in the hot skillet for 2 minutes. Don’t stress about cleaning it in between – that adds flavor! Put the onions in the slow cooker too. Add Worcestershire sauce, water, and beef broth to the pan. Mix well with a whisk, making sure to scrape off any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Turn off the stove and put aside. Step 3: Put the chopped potatoes, carrots, celery, and bay leaves in the slow cooker. Next, pour the broth and Worcestershire sauce mixture into the slow cooker. Place the lid on and cook on low heat for 8 hours. Take out the bay leaves before serving. Enjoy!

Have fun.
