OVEN 180°C (356°F)/25 minutes
Tray size 25 X 35 cm (10 x 14 in)
For the potatoes:
potatoes – 700 g (24.69 oz)
oil – 30 ml (1 fl oz)
salt – 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper – 5 g (0.18 oz)
sweet paprika – 5 g (0.18 oz)
oregano – 5 g (0.18 oz)
garlic – 1 clove
