Preparation of the apples:
Core the apple and cut it into thin slices, without peeling it.
Sprinkle the slices with lemon juice and set aside.
Mix the ingredients:
In a bowl or container, place the egg and add the vanilla sugar, salt and Stevia sweetener (or sugar).
Beat well until frothy.
Add liquids:
Add the oil then gradually add the milk, mixing well.
Incorporate flour:
Add the flour little by little, continuing to mix to avoid lumps.
Sift and add the yeast.
Assemble in the pan:
In a non-stick pan, spread a layer of Stevia sweetener.
Arrange the apple slices and raisins on top.
Finish the dough:
Pour the prepared dough over the apples and raisins in the pan.
Cook:
Cover the pan and cook over low heat for 20 to 25 minutes.
Turn the cake over to the other side and cook for another 5 minutes.
